B. Community System (i) For Power Plant for lighting purpose, the village should be remote and un-electrified and are more than 4 kms away from the nearest existing grid. (ii) For Solar Water Pump the beneficiary should have an adequate source and required head, and it is meant either for drinking water purpose or for irrigation purpose. |
